Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 4 July 2026

These terms and conditions set out the basis on which Kuga Holidays ("we", "us", "our") provides travel agency services to you. By making an enquiry or booking with us, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Who we are and how we act

Kuga Holidays acts as a travel agent. When you book travel arrangements through us, we act as an agent on behalf of the suppliers of those arrangements (such as airlines, hotels, tour operators and transfer providers). Your contract for each element of your trip is with the relevant supplier, and their own booking conditions will apply. We will provide or direct you to those conditions before you book.

2. Enquiries and quotations

Quotations are provided free of charge and without obligation. All quotes are subject to availability and may change until the booking is confirmed and any required payment has been made. A booking is only confirmed once you receive written confirmation from us or the relevant supplier.

3. Prices and payment

  • Prices are quoted in pounds sterling (GBP) unless stated otherwise.
  • Some bookings require a deposit, with the balance due by a stated date; others require full payment at the time of booking. We will tell you which applies before you commit.
  • If you fail to pay a balance by the due date, the supplier may cancel your booking and apply cancellation charges.
  • Price changes after booking are governed by the relevant supplier's conditions and, where applicable, the Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018.

4. Changes and cancellations by you

If you wish to change or cancel any arrangement after it has been confirmed, we will pass your request to the relevant supplier. Suppliers typically apply charges for changes and cancellations, which can be up to 100% of the cost of the arrangement, and we may also charge a reasonable administration fee. Many discounted fares (including most flight tickets) are non-refundable.

5. Changes and cancellations by suppliers

Occasionally a supplier may need to change or cancel your arrangements. Where this happens, your rights and remedies (including any right to a refund or compensation) will depend on the supplier's conditions and applicable law. We will let you know about any significant changes as soon as reasonably possible and help you with the options available.

6. Package holidays and financial protection

Where the arrangements you book amount to a package, the Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018 apply and the package organiser is responsible for the proper performance of the package. Where your trip includes a flight and is sold as a flight-inclusive package, it should be protected under the ATOL scheme operated by the Civil Aviation Authority — your booking confirmation and ATOL certificate (where applicable) will state who provides this protection and what is covered. Always check the documentation you receive at the time of booking.

7. Passports, visas and health requirements

It is your responsibility to ensure that every member of your party has a valid passport, any required visas, and meets the entry and health requirements of the countries you visit or transit. Requirements can change — check the latest guidance at gov.uk/foreign-travel-advice before you travel. We are not liable if you are refused entry or carriage because your documents do not meet the applicable requirements.

8. Travel insurance

We strongly recommend that you take out adequate travel insurance for your whole trip at the time of booking, covering (as a minimum) medical expenses, repatriation, cancellation and personal belongings.

9. Special requirements and accessibility

Please tell us about any special requirements (dietary, mobility, medical or otherwise) before booking so we can check whether the arrangements are suitable and pass your requirements to suppliers. We cannot guarantee that a supplier will meet a request unless it has been confirmed in writing.

10. Our liability

As agent, we accept responsibility for our own negligence in arranging your booking, but we are not liable for the acts or omissions of the suppliers who provide your travel arrangements, or for events beyond our reasonable control (including but not limited to adverse weather, industrial action, epidemics and acts of government). Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

11. Complaints

If something goes wrong while you are away, tell the supplier immediately so they have a chance to put it right, and contact us at [email protected] or on +44 7563 833353. If the matter is not resolved during your trip, please put your complaint in writing to us within 28 days of your return.

12. Law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any dispute will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
